Belfast: An alleged drug dealer was attacked by two men while a crowd, including women and children, were watching.
The men proceeded to pour tar over him and sprayed him with feathers. He was then forced to carry a sign reading "I'm a drug dealing scumbag."
By the time police arrived, neither the attackers nor the victim were to be found.
